Outokumpu changes financial reporting schedule for 2021

Outokumpu changes its financial reporting schedule for 2021: the first interim report will be published on Thursday, May 6, 2021 instead of May 5 as announced earlier.

After the change, Outokumpu’s schedule for the publication of its financial reports in 2021 is the following:   

• Financial statements release on Thursday, February 4, 2021
• Interim report on Thursday, May 6, 2021
• Half-year report on Thursday, August 5, 2021
• Interim report on Thursday, November 4, 2021

There are no changes to the Annual Report publication or the tentative date of the Annual General Meeting. Outokumpu will publish its Annual Report 2020 during week 9 (beginning on March 1, 2021). The Annual General Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, March 31, 2021. Outokumpu’s Board of Directors will decide on the summoning of the Annual General Meeting later.
