Gamma Dura

La gamma Dura comprende 14 prodotti in acciaio inossidabile per indurimento martensitico e per precipitazione progettati per applicazioni che richiedono un elevato livello di durezza superficiale.

Oltre a una migliore temprabilità, questi prodotti presentano elevate caratteristiche di robustezza e resistenza all'usura. Per questo motivo, le principali alternative ai prodotti della gamma Dura sono gli acciai al carbonio piuttosto che altre gamme di acciai inossidabili.

I prodotti della gamma Dura sono venduti come soluzione ricotta e poi indurita per invecchiamento per l'uso in applicazioni che richiedono durezza e una resistenza alla corrosione superiore a quella offerta dall'acciaio al carbonio. Questi prodotti possono essere utilizzati in tutte le applicazioni, dai coltelli e bisturi di alta qualità fino al carrello di atterraggio degli aerei. I prodotti indurenti per precipitazione vengono induriti mediante uno speciale meccanismo che comporta la formazione di precipitati all'interno della microstruttura. Sia gli acciai inossidabili martensitici sia quelli indurenti per precipitazione sono magnetici.

La nostra gamma Dura è particolarmente adatta per prodotti finali che richiedono un trattamento termico. Nel caso in cui si sia orientati verso acciai inossidabili ad alta resistenza senza requisiti di trattamento termico, i nostri prodotti temprati e laminati della gamma Forta sono’adatti a tali esigenze.
