Due to its titanium-stabilization this product is weldable in all thickness ranges without becoming susceptible to intergranular corrosion. It belongs to the standard CrNiMo stainless steel family.

Due to their molybdenum content, the austenitic CrNiMo standard grades can be used in applications with increased demand for corrosion resistance. Their well-balanced material properties make them suitable for the fabrication of many products. Due to its titanium content, Supra 316Ti/4571 can also be used at elevated temperatures.

Supra 316Ti/4571 is commonly available from many stainless steel stockists in many product forms and dimensions. Due to its titanium alloying, polishing options for Supra 316Ti/4571 are limited.

Supra 444/4521

Supra 444/4521 is a nickel-free, molybdenum alloyed ferritic stainless steel with very good corrosion resistance, good cold formability, and high strength. Supra 444/4521 allows for thinner walls in tanks and is not prone to stress-corrosion cracking.

Supra 444/4521 is a 2% molybdenum-alloyed ferritic stainless steel with medium chromium that can be used in many corrosive environments. As a ferritic stainless steel, it has high resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. Because of its titanium alloying, Supra 444/4521 can be welded in all dimensions without becoming susceptible to intergranular corrosion.

Forta DX 2304

Forta LDX 2404®

Austenitic-ferritic stainless steel also referred to as duplex stainless steels, combine many of the beneficial properties of ferritic and austenitic steels. Due to the high content of chromium and nitrogen, and often also molybdenum, these steels offer good resistance to localised and uniform corrosion. The duplex microstructure contributes to the high strength and high resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Duplex steels have good weldability. All duplex grades have the maximum service temperature restricted to 250 or 325°C according to EN10028-7 or ASME II-D 2007 respectively. Outokumpu produces a range of duplex grades, LDX 2101®; 2304; LDX 2404®; 2205; 4501 and 2507.

LDX 2404®is a molybdenum-containing duplex stainless steel with high contents of chromium and nitrogen. The grade combines a higher mechanical strength than for other common duplex grades with a generally high corrosion resistance.These characteristics make

LDX 2404® well suited for optimal designs with respect to strength, reduced maintenance, durability and long-term cost efficiency.

Forta SDX 100

Forta H400

Forta H400 has higher strength than standard Core 304/4301 and a lower nickel content, making it a cost-effective and lightweight austenitic product for the automotive industry. It has been used in automotive applications for over 10 years.

Forta H400 is an austenitic stainless steel, which belongs to the austenitic low-nickel CrMn stainless steel family, in which manganese replaces part of the nickel that is normally alloyed to CrNi standard grades. This variant has low carbon content. Due to its high nitrogen content, Forta H400 has increased mechanical strength. Forta H400 is optimized for strong work hardening on mechanical deformation.

The corrosion resistance of the austenitic CrMn grades is usually slightly below that of the austenitic CrNi standard grades. Forta H400 is used in applications where a combination of high mechanical strength and good formability, as well as corrosion resistance, is needed. Due to its strong tendency to work hardening, Forta H400 can absorb a high amount of energy during deformation. It can be delivered in the temper rolled condition with different strength levels.

Outokumpu Ultra Alloy 825 (W.-Nr. 2.4858, UNS N08825, ISO NW8825) is a titanium stabilized austenitic nickel base alloy with an addition of copper.

Therma 4724

Low-alloyed ferritic heat resisting grade with improved scaling resistance. Uncritical regarding embrittlement at service temperatures. Applied for e.g. furnace equipment, thermal boiler components, grids, burner nozzles, conveying parts, thermowells.

The high temperature (HT) ferritic stainless steels complement Outokumpu austenitic heat and creep portfolio. The main alloying element in the ferritic grades is chromium. Its positive effect on the scaling resistance is enhanced by silicon and aluminium. The characteristic properties are excellent resistance to oxidising and reducing sulphur containing atmospheres, good resistance to oxidation and high thermal conductivity with low thermal expansion.

4713 does not form brittle phases but should only be exposed to moderately corrosive atmospheres owing to its low chromium content.

4724 is a truly stainless high temperature grade with 13% chromium. It is not critical in terms of embrittlement. 4742 shows better scaling resistance than 4724 and can be subjected to reducing sulphur environments without risk. It is subject to 475°C embrittlement and grain coarsening at temperatures above 950°C. σ-phase may form after long time exposures to temperatures around 650°C.

4762 - with the highest chromium content- is the most resistant to reducing sulphurous gases. It is susceptible to the same embrittlement phenomena as 4742 whilst σ-phase forms during long exposures in the range 600°C to 800°C.

Unser warmgewalztes Coil, Spaltband und Blech bietet außergewöhnliche Vielseitigkeit und werden in nahezu allen Branchen und Märkten eingesetzt. Neben Blech stellen wir auch Quartoblech her, das in Dicken bis 130 mm erhältlich ist. Warmgewalztes Coil, Spaltband und Blech sind in einer Vielzahl von hitze- und korrosionsbeständigen Güten in allen Formen von Edelstahl erhältlich: austenitisch, ferritisch, duplex  und martensitisch. das gefertigte Material ist hervorragend zu verarbeiten und zu 100 % recycelbar.

Kompetenz in der Produktion

Wir sind einer der wenigen Edelstahlhersteller, der Tafeln und Bleche in Breiten von bis zu zwei Metern liefern kann. Wir bieten Standardbreiten (1.000, 1.250 und 1.500 mm) in einer Vielzahl verschiedener Dicken und Güten sowie den breitesten verfügbaren Dickenbereich (von 2,4 mm bis 12,7 mm). Maßgeschneiderte Abmessungen sind auf Anfrage erhältlich.

Engagiert für gleichbleibende Qualität produzieren wir warmgewalzte Blechprodukte mit geringen Eigenspannungen. Ein fortschrittlicher Richtprozess bietet überragende Planheit für verschiedene Anwendungen.

Unsere warmgewalzten Produkte sind in 1/1D-Oberflächen erhältlich. Sie sind warmgewalzt, wärmebehandelt und gebeizt. Wir bieten auch eine halbkaltgewalzte 1/2E-Oberflächenausführung RAP®2E an. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine relativ raue, kugelgestrahlte Oberfläche in Kaltbandtoleranzen, jedoch mit einer geringeren Rauheit als ein 1/1D-Oberfläche. RAP®2E ist in austenitischen und ferritischen Güten erhältlich.
